i! I’m Emily Hanewall, owner and sole baker of Emily Rose Baking in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. I recently graduated with a BBA in Management and also work as a Business Operations Manager at a local salon. In late October, I followed my passion and opened my own home bakery under Wisconsin’s Cottage Food Law, which allows the sale of non-refrigerated baked goods without a license.
My love for baking began at a young age, inspired by family. My Grandpa Tom, a chef, taught me to cook, while my Grandma Jean passed down her baking skills and her cut-out cookie recipe, which I still use today. In 2022, my mom introduced me to making French macarons, and I now offer 18 unique flavors, alongside cookies, cupcakes, breads, brownies, and more. I’m always happy to customize orders and collaborate with customers to bring their ideas to life!
