Join ABCM and Nourish Farms this summer to slow down, snack, and connect through Eat, Play, Grow – a community wellness series that blends nutrition, mindfulness, and joyful outdoor play. Families will explore rotating hands-on stations focused on making, moving, and mindfully noticing. From creating healthy snacks with fresh produce to digging into sensory play, every activity supports children’s growing bodies and minds- celebrating food, family, and the healing power of play.
