Baking and Gardening – Summer 2026

July 16th – Garden Walk Community Outing
July 17th – Focaccia bread utilizing Treffert Studios garden veggies & herbs?
July 24th – Sourdough Bolillos (Mexican rolls) with buttered herb spread
July 31st – Baked crackers using sourdough discard and Treffert Studios garden herbs
These are theme-based sessions that incorporate stress reduction techniques, mindfulness, flexible participation, social connection, daily living skills, and confidence building into a supportive environment all while baking and gardening.
This group contains known allergens including dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, and wheat. This group will be nut free.
