June 12th – Intro to Baking and Gardening with Herb Spotlight (learning to plant, grow, harvest and store herbs)
June 19th – Sourdough inclusion loaves using Treffert Studios garden herbs
June 26th – Making Strawberry Galettes
July 16th – Garden Walk Community Outing
July 17th – Focaccia bread utilizing Treffert Studios garden veggies & herbs?
July 24th – Sourdough Bolillos (Mexican rolls) with buttered herb spread
July 31st – Baked crackers using sourdough discard and Treffert Studios garden herbs
August 7th – Bring a favorite baked bread/dessert + recipe to share and discuss
