Belong: A Sensory Nature Experience (FREE) – Summer 2026

Thursdays (Ages 6 -16) 10am – 12pm

July 16th: Lakeside Park West
July 23rd: Keikaefer Park
July 30th: Greenway Arboretum

An experience for all; to be out in nature in a fun and safe environment. Experience a break for the mind, body, and soul to relax and refresh. A peaceful escape or a new way to explore your unique interests through nature and the natural environment. Engage in in a calm and predictable environment outdoors.

The group will access their natural environment through a variety of sensory experiences, including:

Walk barefoot in the grass or a stream, identify flowers, trees birds, take photos of tree bark, flowers or squirrels, go on a guided hike, have a picnic, play frisbee golf, get creative with some nature art, bring a book and read laying in the sun or shade

Parents and guardians are not required to attend but are encouraged to lead by example and join us on the hike!
