10-12 years old: 2 – 3 pm
12-14 years old: 3 – 4pm
Adults (16+): 4 – 5pm

Our Musical Therapy Groups are designed for kids ages 10–12, 12–14, and adult to explore creativity, build confidence, and connect with peers through rhythm, melody, and movement.

Whether it’s playing instruments, writing songs, exploring the lyrics of your favorite songs, or jamming together, each session helps to:

Boost self-expression and communication
Strengthen social skills and teamwork
Reduce stress and build emotional resilience
build a community of music appreciation
No musical experience needed — just bring your curiosity and love for music!
